FIRE AND WIND REVIVAL

Come hungry. Leave burning. Be the wind-carried flame.

“Have I not written for you thirty sayings of counsel and knowledge, to make you know what is right and true, that you may give a true answer to those who sent you?” – Proverbs 22:20 (ESV)

Proverbs addresses the practical, daily dimension of God’s Word: it produces people who know what is right and true and who can give reliable, accurate answers to those who ask. The wisdom of Scripture is not merely theoretical — it is practically equipping. A person formed by the Proverbs navigates money, relationships, speech, anger, and ambition with a wisdom that reflects God’s own understanding of reality. The purpose is both personal (know what is right and true) and social (give a true answer to those who sent you). Biblical wisdom is never merely private; it equips us to be reliable, trustworthy guides to others who need wisdom they cannot generate themselves.

Reflection:

Are you drawing on the practical wisdom of Scripture — especially Proverbs — for everyday decisions about money, relationships, and speech?

Where do you most need the practical wisdom of God’s Word right now?

Prayer:

Father, let the practical wisdom of Your Word form me into a person who knows what is right and true — and who can reliably guide others toward the same. Make me wise in the everyday details of the life You have given me. Amen.
