FIRE AND WIND REVIVAL

Come hungry. Leave burning. Be the wind-carried flame.

Pure Words

“The words of the Lord are pure words, like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times.” – Ps 12:6 (ESV)

The number seven in Hebrew represents completeness — silver refined seven times is silver from which every impurity has been removed. This is the purity of God’s Word: it contains no mixture, no alloy, no hidden agenda, no half-truth. In a world saturated with spin, selective truth, and motivated communication, the absolute purity of God’s Word is breathtaking. We live in a time when trust in every human institution has been eroded by the discovery of corruption and hidden interest. Into that erosion, the Psalms declare: here is a source that has been refined completely. Not partially pure. Completely pure. Seven-times pure. This is the book you can trust with your life.

Reflection:

In a world where you have learned to distrust most sources of communication, have you genuinely transferred that trust to God’s Word?

Is Scripture your most trusted source of truth — or one among several you hold with equal skepticism?

Prayer:

Lord, Your words are pure — completely, utterly, seven-times pure. In a world of corrupted communication, I rest in the purity of what You have said. Let my trust in Your Word exceed my trust in every human source. Amen.
