FIRE AND WIND REVIVAL

Come hungry. Leave burning. Be the wind-carried flame.

Keep Praying

“O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.” – Ps 5:3 (ESV)

As August closes and September opens, we return to the morning prayer altar. The month of prayer ends where it began and where it always begins: with morning, with voice, with sacrifice, with watching. Prayer is not a spiritual program we complete — it is the ongoing posture of a life turned toward God. August has been thirty-one days of turning. September will require the same. The discipline of prayer is not something we graduate from; it is the daily, morning-by-morning, evening-by-evening practice of a soul that knows it cannot live by bread alone. You have prayed this month. Keep praying. The God who heard you on Day 1 is the same God hearing you today — and He will be listening tomorrow morning when you bring your voice to Him again.

Reflection:

What has this month of prayer-focused devotion most changed in you?

What one practice or truth will you carry forward as the foundation of your prayer life in the months ahead?

Prayer:

Lord, I have prayed this month. I will keep praying. Morning after morning I will bring my voice to You, lay my sacrifice before You, and watch for what You do. You always hear. That is enough to keep me coming. Amen.
