“I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary.” – Rev 2:3 (ESV)
As July closes, we end where we began — with the eyes of Christ on the persevering believer. The entire month has been a sustained argument for one simple truth: do not quit. The witnesses are watching. The promises are real. The harvest is coming. The crown is prepared. The Shepherd is holding you. Christ’s power is dwelling in you. And He is coming. Revelation ends not with a description of comfortable saints but of enduring ones — those who held fast through tribulation, who kept the faith under pressure, who bore up for His name’s sake and did not grow weary. July ends. August begins. The race continues. And Christ, who sees every mile of it, says: I know. Keep going.

Looking back over this month, where has God strengthened your perseverance? What truth has He burned most deeply into you?
Carry it into August as your testimony and your fuel.
Prayer:
Lord, I have run this month. I have stumbled and risen, grown weary and been renewed. I carry into tomorrow the conviction that You see my endurance, You sustain my strength, and You are coming. I will not stop. Amen.
